Technique is that extra something which will make your dancing look stronger, better, and cleaner. Attending this series will help you:
1. Work on your alignment and technique which will make your dancing aesthetically look good; make you feel good; and will make you want to dance more.
2. Prevent injury by working on your technique.
3. Improve the correctness and controlled execution (i.e. technique) which will enhance how you dance and perform.

While Bollywood is not a ‘classical form’ it relies on many technical elements of classical indian dances, folk dances and western forms such as hip hop.
